I cannot say enough nice things about James and his guys. Their knowledge and professional work was outstanding. The repairs to my stem wall by Frank and his crew are fabulous. The work is so good my neighbor wants his foundation repaired. This is the type of contractor you always wish to find. I will use them for all of my concrete work. Thanks James, your the best!!!

Upon viewing and learning a lot from many of their YouTube instructive videos on foundation issues, I knew I had found the right company in Concrete Repairman LLC. James came out to the house and spent a generous 90 minutes touring every inch of my home’s interior and exterior. Not only did he fully explain all the current issues he was seeing and what they meant, but gave me a point by point list of what I could do to address each one. None of which had to be done immediately and even prioritized which areas to address first. He left me feeling much more knowledgeable about my own home’s condition, reassured me my house wasn’t falling apart (!) and I knew I had just met someone who was a true quality individual who exudes professionalism and courtesy. Every business should have someone like James at the helm.

James came out to my property to consult on foundation concerns along with water penetration inside my home. He was beyond knowledgeable and helpful on the steps I need to take to rectify my issue. Luckily, this experience cost me $0 with James and my home’s foundation isn’t as bad as the “other guys” made it seem. Thank you!

A couple of years ago, we had a few concerns regarding some minor stucco cracks and we wanted a second opinion. James knows his craft inside and out, literally. With his mastery of masonry and foundations, he accurately assessed our property and suggested a few ways to prevent issues, largely based on mitigating moisture around the perimeter of the home. His recommendations have helped us have peace of mind. Another company (featuring red and white vinyl-wrapped cars) used fear to coerce a non-refundable deposit payment out of us. James was straightforward that we did not need concrete repair and spent the time to educate us on his findings. He’s “our” concrete expert to help us diagnose future issues! 100% recommended to anyone wanting an HONEST and QUALIFIED assessment.

I had the opportunity to meet james on a Monday morning. Initially I thought this was going to be a rocky start to my. Week as I had been seeing some concerning pooling of water and breaking off of concrete around my house. James came out and provided me a confident and honest assessment which made out for an excellent start to my week. As a home owner, it’s always challenging finding someone you can trust and this is absolutely one of the good guys. He helped me in brainstorming a solution for the water and also helped ease my worries on what i was seeing around the home. I hope you trust this company as well which really impressed me today.

It probably seems like James does not need YET ANOTHER five star review, but as soon as you work with him you’ll understand that you can’t help wanting to write a five star review. The experience in working with this company was exceptional from the very start. Within 24 hours of calling Concrete Repairman LLC and leaving a message, the admin called me back to schedule an appointment for an estimate. She was friendly, professional, and personable to speak with. James was able to come to our home within the week. My husband and I had several concerns about interior and exterior cracks and had done a pretty good job of making ourselves completely freaked out. James listened to our concerns, comprehensively assessed the home, and went out of his way to both educate and reassure us. It turns out that the “issues” we thought we had were not anything out of the norm. James gave us some suggestions about some regular home maintenance things we can/should do to ensure that normal, little things don’t become big things (mostly involving improving drainage around the foundation). In the end, I was relieved to learn that there was nothing ‘wrong’ with our foundation, but I was also sad that it meant we wouldn’t have the opportunity to see James more. He is smart, funny, professional, competent, and generous with his knowledge and expertise. I really appreciated not only being told that “things are fine” but being given information and facts that helped me to understand and believe that things are fine. I simply can’t imagine any way that this experience could have been better.

James is amazing. I was a little concerned about some issues/cracks along my foundation. James was incredibly generous in sharing some of his knowledge with me, eased my concerns, and gave me some simple pointers to help keep my foundation in tip top shape.

We had some major problems with our new vinyl floor buckling and was told by the installer that we had a problem with water seeping in and that we needed to check for pipe and/or foundation leaks. So, I called the Concrete Repairman for an inspection. James came out, took a look inside and outside, was very thorough and explained what he was looking for and what he saw. James determined that it had nothing to do with the foundation/stem wall and made some helpful suggestions to prevent any future problems. His expertise and advice were very much appreciated!

Cracks had started appearing in my home that were causing concern. I gave Concrete Repairman LLC a call and was pleased to find out that James could come out the next day. James truly made me feel at ease about the state of my home. He is extremely knowledgeable and freely explains the issues and how to prevent or repair them in a way that is easy to understand. James is by far one of the best contractors I have dealt with. I trust his assessment because he was able to clearly outline the issues and let us know ways we could manage certain things ourselves. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. I would gladly recommend James to anyone who is even the slightest bit concerned they may have a foundation problem. I had the pleasure of having James, the owner of the company, come out to my house today to check some cracks that were appearing in my foundation stem walls. James quickly identified why the cracks were occurring and what could be done to repair/prevent those types of crack in the future (gutters/grading). It was a huge relief to hear that was all that needed to be done. Appreciate James for his honesty and the time he spent educating me on why cracks were appearing and what actions to take. Stem Wall Repair, Foundation Repair, Foundation Inspections.

We used Concrete Repairman LLC to repair a vertical crack in the stem wall of our house foundation, which we had recently discovered. We called Concrete Repairman and spoke to Tiffany, who was Awesome! She scheduled an appointment for James to come out and inspect the crack. James came to our home and explained what caused the crack, which was moisture that was absorbed through the concrete and caused a piece of rebar to rust inside of it. We had no idea this could happen. James even explained what we needed to do after the repair to keep water away from our stem wall. James was Awesome to talk to and visit with when he Inspected our foundation! He treated us like family and gave great customer service! James scheduled the repair in a timely manner and a father and son team arrived to do it. Their names were Frank SR and Frank JR.

The repair was done by removing the rusted rebar and the bad concrete surrounding it. Then, after cleaning the area, a corrosion proof piece of rebar was installed where the rusted piece was removed from. A special concrete that has a very high PSI rating was then applied to rebuild the bad part of the stem wall. After the new concrete was dry, Frank SR and Frank JR even painted it with matching house paint we had! The repair looks better then it did when the house was new! These people did an Awesome Job! They are very Professional and Courteous! We Highly recommend Concrete Repairman LLC and are very pleased that such Quality Customer Service is still around today! Thank You all for A Job Well Done!

Thankful to have found the Concrete Repairman team. James came out and spent a good amount of time going through our house with us and interpreting what it was “telling” us. He gave honest recommendations and was very knowledgeable. When it came time for Frank and Frank to do our repairs, they showed up on time, where polite and professional. We ended up having an additional area we needed done, and they got us taken care. I would highly recommend this company!

James called to see if he could come early which helped my schedule. He then did a very thorough inspection of the interior and exterior of the house, carefully explaining how my slab and foundation are constructed and what the cause of the movement is. He did not try to sell me on any unneeded repairs but gave great recommendations for preventative maintenance improvements that could be done to prevent any future deterioration.

He spent over 90 minutes meticulously examining the outside of my home and thoroughly explained how the foundation, stem wall, and other components were related. James was very patient and gladly answered my many questions. He was very detailed in his explanation of the type of repairs he recommended, what material would be used, and why they should be made. His wealth of knowledge and many years of experience were easily apparent and provided me with the assurance I needed to make a decision regarding the repairs.

On the day of the scheduled repairs (scheduled for two days), Frank and Frank, the highly skilled technicians, arrived on time and began making preparations to begin work. It was immediately obvious that they both were highly experienced and professional in every respect. I asked many questions regarding the repairs and they both were very generous with their time and knowledge and made me extremely confident that the repairs would be made to the highest standards.

When the job was finished both areas were perfectly cleaned and the cracked concrete was repaired and looked absolutely new.
