James is Amazing. He gently walked me through what is happening with my house and told me what is needed for repair. He set my mind at ease and is genuinely desiring to help people. I highly recommend anyone that has concerns regarding your homes foundation to call on the Concrete Repairman.

We are seeing some movement in our foundation and decided to call an expert for a second opinion. The reviews for Concrete Repairman Inc. reflected honesty and integrity versus getting a quick sale so we called them. James came out and spent an hour with us. He was thorough in his evaluation, educating us, and frankly super enjoyable. At the end of the day we do have some settling but nothing of significant concern. Most important we know what we should do to ensure our foundation and home stay in good shape (gutters, grading, etc.) James was friendly and trustworthy, which is so refreshing in todays world. I was very concerned about cracks in my 60yr. old cinder block home. James was on time for our appointment, and took time to explain how foundations work, the pitfalls of various building practices, answered my questions, and talked me off the ledge of despair. I could tell he genuinely loves what he does by the education I received listening to his in depth explanation of foundations and answers to my questions. If you question the cracks in your walls, or the sloping of your roof, James will give it to you straight with out the hard sell, and you will learn more about your foundation than looking a YouTube all day. James is truly a gem in the trade industry.

James provided expertise and estimate for our house wall repairs, explained everything in detail, and did not try to “upsell” us on things that were not in need of repair. Frank and Frank crew came in, fixed all the issues in a very efficient way, their work results are amazing, walls look beautiful, they even placed the decorative rocks back around the house after they were done working. Contacted James and the professionals at Concrete Repairman LLC after structural concerns arose on a recent new build done by someone else. James had absolutely nothing to do with the design or build of my new guest house but he was very kind and responsive in reviewing my structural cracks and spent valuable time meeting with me to discuss the issues he saw. He shared with me the details of what I had, why things were cracking and how he recommends addressing the cracking long term. I really appreciate James and the time he spent with me.
