This is a stem wall and the block construction is laid on top of the stem wall on the perimeter and this just completely coming apart
Stair-stepping in the walls the wall is actually coming out slightly and what’s going on here is the rebar on the interior is rusting and because this stem wall isn’t waterproofed all the way down to the bottom of the stem wall the moisture comes in from the dirt just below the paint and attacks the rebar
The rebar then expands up to five times its diameter busting out this whole stem wall on this side left untreated this whole wall can come down
This continues around the corner as well and down the whole side of this home
