Stem Wall Cracking | Foundation Cracks | Floor Cracks | Fracture Repair
This is the west side of the house we fixed the cracks that were stair stepping up through this block wall and the stem wall down here
We removed all of the dirt next to the stem wall exposed all of the stem wall down to the bottom of the footing cleaned wire
brushed and got everything that was chipping and flaking off of there
Then we put a coat of water stop and house paint on the exterior of that re landscape this area so the water slopes away from the foundation and not towards it
This is the front of the home next to the window where the lights are we removed all of the dirt next to the stem wall all the way down to the bottom footing and there were a couple foundation cracks and fractures from the rebar oxidizing so we did patch those put the water stop on the exterior of the patch and also exterior house paint re-landscaped it so the water slopes away from the foundation and not towards it also in this area
Around the column same thing waterproofed it re landscape this whole area so this roof water coming off of the roof no longer
is going to saturate the soil next to the foundation causing those fractures and this will increase the value of the home not having these fractures
This is the west side of the home same thing has been done here we removed all of the dirt that was near the foundation then we put the water stop on the exterior and house paint
